Michael A. Rieman joined Dungan & LeFevre in 2018. His primary areas of practice include Real Estate and Estate Planning. Mike has experience in all areas of real estate law, including the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate, landlord/tenant law, foreclosures, and zoning and development matters. Mike also works with his clients to ensure they have a cost-effective estate plan that meets each client’s unique needs. Before joining Dungan & LeFevre, Mike practiced with Bieser, Greer, & Landis, LLP in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Mike also previously practiced in Greenville, Ohio, handling real estate transactions, estate planning, and estate administration. While in Greenville, he worked directly with financial institutions and realtors on all aspects of real estate closings.
 
Mike is admitted to the bars of the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
 
Mike is very active in his hometown of Greenville, Ohio, where he resides with his wife, Amanda, and their three children. He is currently the elected City of Greenville Law Director. Mike also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Light Foundation. Previously, Mike served as President of the Board of Trustees of Family Health Services of Darke County, President of the Board of Trustees of State of the Heart Hospice of Darke County, now known as Everheart Hospice, Trustee of Elk’s Lodge 1139, Recorder of Knights of Columbus Council 1796 as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greenville City Schools Foundation.
 
Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2011. While at Notre Dame, he was elected to the Honor Council and was a member of the Business Law Forum. Before law school, he attended Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration on logistics systems.
